The Department of Mizo, in collaboration with the college Literature Club, hosted a Five Day National Webinar on Drama - “A Critical Study on Drama from UG & PG Syllabus under MZU" from the 8th - 12th December with sponsorship from RUSA. The webinar was hosted from the college campus starting at 7.30 pm every evening, using one of the college Zoom accounts. Faculty members of the Mizo department, as well as office-bearers of the college Literature Club, took turns in hosting and co-hosting the sessions.
Twelve resource persons were invited from various institutions including Mizoram University, Churachandpur College, Manipur, St. Anthony's College, Shillong, Pachhunga University College, T. Romana College, etc.
There were 376 registrations, out of which 250 e-certificates were issued as per feedback received from the closing session. The Mizo Dept. plans to compile the papers/presentations and bring out a book publication sometime next year.
